1. Products & Availability

• All products listed are subject to availability at the time of order confirmation.
• MOURI CREATION reserves the right to discontinue any product without prior notice.
• In the event a product becomes unavailable after your order, we will notify you and offer a suitable alternative or full refund.

2. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Prices may change without prior notice. The price confirmed at the time of order shall be the final price.
• Payment terms will be communicated at the time of order confirmation via WhatsApp or direct contact.

3. Orders & Cancellations

• Orders are confirmed only after direct communication and agreement between the customer and MOURI CREATION.
• Once an order is confirmed, cancellations are only accepted with the mutual agreement of both parties.
• Cancellation requests should be made within 24 hours of order confirmation wherever possible.
• MOURI CREATION reserves the right to cancel orders in cases of product unavailability or payment issues.

4. Product Representation

• Product images and descriptions are provided for reference purposes only.
• Actual product colours may slightly vary due to photography lighting, screen calibration, and display settings.
• We strive to represent our products as accurately as possible and encourage customers to ask for additional photos before confirming an order.

5. Delivery

• Delivery timelines will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.
• MOURI CREATION is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier partners, natural events, or factors beyond our control.
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery addresses. Incorrect addresses may result in delays or failed deliveries.

6. Returns & Exchanges

• Returns or exchanges are accepted only if the product received is significantly different from what was ordered or is damaged upon delivery.
• Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the product, with supporting photographs.
• Products must be returned in original, unused condition with all packaging intact.
• MOURI CREATION will review all return requests on a case-by-case basis.

7. Communications & Consent

By providing your contact details and checking the consent box on our contact form, you agree to receive:

• Order-related updates and notifications
• Promotional content, new arrivals, and offers via SMS, Email, WhatsApp, and RCS

You may opt out of promotional communications at any time by contacting us directly.

8. Limitation of Liability

• MOURI CREATION shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
• Our maximum liability in any case shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. All disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata, West Bengal, India.
